Shamy's Project Closeup Trip to Washington DC

What an awesome opportunity has come up for my 13 year middle school son Shamy. He just learned that his class will be going to the nations capital next April to learn hands on about how our sophisticated governmental system runs!


The investment for this amazing venture is $1600. We will probably end up funding most of it our self unless we can find some really generous sponsors that are willing to open up their hearts and wallets for the trip.

One good things Shamy is working very hard at selling candies, working odd jobs around the house, and just about doing anything it takes to get this done!

Size does not matter, SMALL, MEDIUM, OR LARGE sponsorships they will all be blessed back several fold...

I set up this web site and blog for family and friends and extended friends and business partners to partake of the blessings together.

A little trivia can make you lots of money!

Have you ever heard of a company by the name of Government Employees Insurance Company? How about American Family Life Insurance Company of Columbus. Like me you have probably not heard of them, but let me tell you who they are and what they have done! 

The first was founded in 1936 by Leo Goodwin and his wife Lillian to provide auto insurance directly to federal government employees and their families. While the second company is  a little younger and has only been around since 1955. 

Both companies have been in operations for decades yet the mainstream of American have never heard of them before, or at least until the geniuses that came up with the marketing campaigns took over!

Now why the history lesson on the two insurance companies? Well the main point I want to get to is that both companies were re-branded and both have become a house hold name!  

So my question to you is what if you had the opportunity to be there when this happened and would of prosper with the explosion of revenues?  The sad part is that YOU & I MISSED that opportunity!!!!! 

On another note, we do have an opportunity to look at a similar opportunity to get in on an explosion of revenues with a similar story, and a similar result! 

My questions to you is will you MISS this one too? Will you let it pass because of lack of belief? Because you just don't care? Well that is what usually happens, most people wont look at it and it will pass them by!

The New & Improved "Pick a Payment Mortgage"

Yes the newest thing in mortgages is known by many names such as option arm, 12 mat, pick-a-pay, and finally the mighty MTA! No matter what name is use they all have the same results in allowing you to make you mortgage payments each month in the 4 different payment options. First, at a low interest start rate, interest only, 15, 30 and even 40 year amortization.

Did you ever want to have a really low interest rate? Well here it is! Start rate on some option mortgages could be as low as 2.5% while others could get even as low as 1 % with these low rates your monthly payments will be really, really low. A higher cash flow each month is one of the benefit of choosing this payment. However negative amortization does accrue each month. Meaning that you might owe more on your loan than when you first started if you only make use this payment option. But rest assure the lender will not allow you to go over 110% of the original loan amount. Most experts don't recommend making these payments all the time but only in times of needs. Disciplined borrowers and investors will surely learn how to free up their cash flow by using this option.

Interest only payment is second on our list with no negative results and still comfortable payments each month, but with no lowering of principle unless separately made by the borrower.

Your next payment options that you can take advantage of are the 15, 30 or even 40 year principle and interest payments. Building equity is much easier and quicker depending on which one you use.
